Load sensitive control of the hydraulic system, when the load pressure is small, the power of the main pump is proportional to the load pressure signal of the working device. The pressure of the load of the working device is fed back to the main pump through the main valve, and the main pump adjusts the pump power in real time according to the change of the feedback signal, so as to realize the real-time matching of the system power flow and achieve "what is needed". When the load pressure is large, after the pump power enters the full power range, the main pump reduces the flow to obtain the working pressure required by the load, so as to protect the engine and avoid the occurrence of overload. The excavator's electronic control module is highly integrated with the engine oil, fuel, coolant and intake system sensors to monitor the system condition in real time and ensure the reliability of the excavator when working at full load.
