This issue introduces the third issue of Volvo small excavators. As a small main model, the Volvo 50-88 series can be used as a common equipment for various urban infrastructure construction or individual buyers can rely on such small excavator equipment as their main work. These models are still equipped with Volvo engines. Today, these five models are uniformly equipped with Volvo D2.6H engines, with power ranging from the minimum 31.2Kw-44.3Kw, and three of these five models are R-type with short tail design.
The standard models are only EC60E and WE60E, which are conventional crawler hydraulic excavators, and one is a tire excavator. The internal engine model power and hydraulic pump include hydraulic model parameters. However, there are certain numerical differences in the structure of these two excavators. Considering the chassis height of the tire excavator and other issues, the boom length and bucket length of the tire excavator are slightly higher than the crawler type. In this regard, the performance of tire excavators in actual use can indeed surpass crawler excavators.
Volvo's several small excavators currently have many short-tail models, and we can see the future. For the design and application of short tails, Volvo has focused on the R series excavators. After many upgrades, the short-tail design seems a bit cramped in the internal space, but it has been effectively alleviated in the continuous upgrade of the engine and hydraulic pump. Good space design and heat dissipation modules can reduce the shortcomings and deficiencies of compact short-tail excavators in hot weather.
Then the focus is on introducing two models. One is the EC60E excavator, the only standard conventional hydraulic power among the five models. It is equipped with a Volvo D2.6H engine with a maximum power of 44.3Kw and a bucket capacity of 0.27m³, which is not very outstanding compared to other excavators. When we buy excavators, we should not be attracted by beautiful parameters and exaggerated specifications. For excavators, the length of service life, working stability and failure rate can prove the quality of an excavator. The performance of the Volvo EC60E series in Asia, especially in the Chinese market, is average. The sales volume is insufficient, but it cannot be denied that it is a good excavator. User reputation and feedback from actual use have proved that this is a great device.
Another ECR88D series short-tail excavator, this one is not available in all countries. It can be purchased through dealers in Europe and the United States, but there is no sales channel for this excavator in the Middle East or Asian countries. Why recommend this one? Although this equipment is also equipped with a conventional engine D2.6H, the peak power still reaches 43Kw, which is completely sufficient for a weight of 8 tons. The bucket capacity is 0.33m³, which is standard for this category. The exterior color is dark gray and yellow as a family color combination, and the appearance is basically consistent with other R models. However, for the Volvo series, users can directly choose rubber track shoes and steel track shoes. For cities, rubber track shoes are obviously more practical.
The Volvo equipment provided by Tiedou Used Excavator Trade Network has undergone multiple performance and work tests, especially the manual test link simulates the actual working environment to test the working efficiency, working temperature, and structure of the excavator to ensure the performance of the used excavator purchased by the user. It can be transported to 99% of the countries in the world through maritime logistics. Of course, some countries have restrictions on used excavators. Here, users need to understand the specific requirements of the local country for the customs clearance of used construction machinery to avoid unnecessary losses.
